I am a collegiate beach volleyball coach, certified personal trainer, and yoga instructor.
From a young age, sports have been a huge part of my life. Growing up I played multiple sports volleyball, track, basketball, softball, swimming, and dance before narrowing my focus in high school to only volleyball and track. Competing at the Division I level was always a dream of mine. I dedicated daily training sessions with my strength coach to help prepare for my transition into collegiate-level athletics. I saw great results by increasing my strength, speed, agility, vertical jump, and overall fitness level. In college, I was a multi-sport athlete competing on the indoor volleyball and track teams before solely focusing on beach volleyball for the remainder of my college career. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness and am currently completing a master’s degree.
With my athletic background and love for training, it really gravitated me towards becoming a personal trainer. I have a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, feel more confident, and earn that body they dream of.
