As a team, we create a training program that can meet the needs of everyone in your group. These programs are customized to your training location, meaning you can complete this training program at home, at the gym, or at any location. Training sessions are typically an hour in length and recommended training frequency is 2-3 times per week. With the use of technology, as your fitness coach, I am able to guide and motivate you and your group throughout the entire workout and your fitness journey. As your coach, my goal is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, feel more confident and earn the body you have always dreamed of.

Virtual training sessions with your fitness coach and training group

1-hour training sessions

All virtual training sessions will be through the platform of Zoom

Upon purchasing your training package – Once we receive confirmation of payment, we will send you our client training documents for you to complete prior to your first group training session. Based on the information provided in your intake forms and through communications with you, we will create a training program that aligns with your health and fitness goals.
