Our online personal training programs are ideal for anyone looking to get lean, gain muscle, or lose fat. Regardless of your specific goal, we can create an online strength training program to fit your needs. These programs are customized to your training location, meaning you can complete the strength training program at home, at the gym, or at any location. Training sessions are typically an hour in length and recommended training frequency is 2-3 times per week. With the use of technology, as your fitness coach, I am able to guide and motivate you throughout your entire workout and fitness journey. Through one on one coaching, my goal is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, feel more confident and earn the body you have always dreamed of.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL TRAINING

What you get:

Complimentary initial phone consultation

All training sessions are in person at a designated location

1-hour training sessions

Recommended training frequency 2-3 times per week

Sessions provide a breakdown of skills, techniques, and movements of the beach volleyball game

Along with skill training, athletes will receive speed, agility and jump training workouts

Improvement of your overall beach volleyball game

The sport of Beach volleyball is one of the fastest-growing sports in college history. Across the country, more beach volleyball programs have been developing providing even more athletes the opportunity to play the sport at the collegiate level. Athletes now can look into playing college ball at multiple levels NCAA, NAIA, and Juco. Most volleyball players traditionally begin playing the indoor game which does provide a solid foundation for the athlete but in reality, more players are switching to playing beach full time. Athletes that are considering making this transition to the 2-person game often don’t have to worry about playing time and as a pair, they have more control of the game’s outcome because they have the opportunity to touch the ball in every play. Another important aspect a player should consider is the indoor “specializing” is no more. On the beach, each player has to be able to execute each skill of the game along with playing in wind, cold, and possibly rain. Our beach volleyball training sessions are 1 hour in length and the recommended training frequency is 2-3 times per week. These sessions are perfect for those athletes preparing high school, club seasons, or collegiate hopefuls.

 ONLINE SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Our online small group training programs are ideal for anyone looking to get lean, gain muscle, or lose fat. No matter if you have a group of training friends in mind or if you’re looking for a new training group this option is for you! As a team, we create a training program that can meet the needs of everyone in your group. These programs are customized to your training location, meaning you can complete this training program at home, at the gym, or at any location. Training sessions are typically an hour in length and recommended training frequency is 2-3 times per week. With the use of technology, as your fitness coach, I am able to guide and motivate you and your group throughout the entire workout and your fitness journey. As your coach, my goal is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, feel more confident and earn the body you have always dreamed of.

YOGA

Our online yoga classes are ideal for anyone regardless of their fitness level or yoga experience. Yoga training has the ability to improve your overall flexibility, promote relaxation, detoxify the body, and decrease chances of injury by emphasizing the proper body alignment. These yoga classes are customized to your training location, meaning you can complete this training program at home, at the beach, or at any location. Yoga classes are typically an hour in length are offered either individually or in small group basis. With the use of technology as your yoga instructor I am able to guide you through a safe and effective yoga practice.
